Quick answers

Is there a free version?

Yes. Three free readings per day, full conversation with any of the three readers, no card limit. The paid tier unlocks unlimited readings, longer sessions, and saved journals. That's the entire difference.

How do I cancel my subscription?

From your account page, one click. No retention flow, no "are you sure" loop. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the period ends.

Can I get a refund?

If something broke or you were charged in error, yes — write to support and we'll handle it within a day. For change-of-mind refunds within the first 14 days of a new subscription, also yes. After that, we ask that you cancel and walk away rather than claw back months of use.

Is what I tell the readers private?

Yes. Your conversations are not used to train external models. They're encrypted at rest, visible only to you, and deletable at any time. We keep the minimum logs needed to run the service. The full version of this lives on our privacy page.

How accurate is AI tarot?

This is the wrong question, and we'd rather answer the right one. Tarot is not in the accuracy business — not when a human does it, not when an AI does it. Our readers are accurate at one thing: surfacing the question underneath your question. If that's what you need, you'll get it. If you need a forecast, no one can give you that honestly.

Can I ask about my health, a legal issue, or someone else's life?

You can ask the readers anything, but they'll redirect health and legal questions toward a professional, every time. We don't read on third parties without their consent — not because the cards can't, but because it's a line we choose to hold.

We read every message

There is no support bot here. No tiered ticket system. When you write to us, one of the people who built this reads it, and one of us writes back. That's been true since day one, and we'd like to keep it that way for as long as we can. If something feels off about a reading, about the product, about us — tell us. We've changed real things based on real emails. Please send more of them.
